Incoming Phone Calls

Mobile runs in the background as you use your handheld device. Every
time you receive a call on our mobile phone, Amicus Mobile allows
you to automatically keep a record of the details. When you end
the call, Amicus Mobile offers to create a Phone Call record. If
you accept, you can make the necessary notes on the call, while
other details such as date, time, duration, status and parties are
already filled out for you. Save the call and your notes go onto
the appropriate file. When your colleagues back at the office check
the file a few minutes later, they will see your notes on the call.
Amicus then offers to do an automatic time entry for the phone
call as you'll see in an upcoming page called Automatic Time Entries.
You can also mark contacts as personal such that when a family
member calls from home, Amicus Mobile knows not to offer to record
the details.
