Outgoing Phone Calls
Whether
you initiate a call from your contact manager, or return a phone
message in your Call Center, or even select a client on a file,
Amicus Mobile is there working behind the scenes. When you end the
call, you'll automatically be offered the ability to create an Amicus
Phone Call record.
Just like incoming calls, you can make the necessary notes on the
call, while other details such as date, time, duration, status and
parties are already filled out for you. Save the call and your notes
go onto the appropriate file in Amicus back at the office.
Amicus then offers to do an automatic time entry for the phone
call as you'll see on the next page...
