  • Make sure that your hardware and peripherals are set up correctly and that all cable connections are secure
  • Make sure that your hardware meets the minimum Amicus requirements

We offer free technical support to Amicus Attorney customers to ensure that you get up and running smoothly. Free support is available for an initial 30 days after shipment or 3 service incidents, whichever comes first. We want to do everything we can to help you get started, but advanced items like setting up links to 3rd party products, data migration, training, or customization are not available for free.
